IMPLIKASI HUKUM PUTUSAN MAHKAMAH KONSTITUSI NOMOR 25/PUU-XIV/2016 DALAM PENEGAKAN TINDAK PIDANA KORUPSI DI INDONESI

"The legal implications of Constitutional Court ruling No. 25/PUU-XIV/2016 in the enforcement of corruption crimes in Indonesia.
