RANCANG BANGUN ELECTRONIC LOAD CONTROLLER (ELC) BERBASIS ANFIS SEBAGAI KONTROL FREKUENSI PADA PEMBANGKIT LISTRIK MIKROHIDRO (PLTMH) DI DESA SANANKERTO KECAMATAN TUREN KABUPATEN

Microhydro Power Plant (PLTMH) is a renewable energy power plant that uses water as its main source to generate electricity. The PLTMH in Sanakerto Village, Turen District, Malang Regency, build in 2019 with a power capacity of 13 KW, is an off-grid PLTMH because it uses Andeman springs which are used to supply Boonpring Eco tourism in Sanankerto Village. The voltage and frequency of the off-grid MHP will change as changes in the fluctuating consumer load cause a decrease in the reliability and quality of the power produced. A frequency control system using an Electronic Load Controller (ELC) is required because it has a fast response. ELC balances the frequency by adjusting the angle of ignition of the Triac so that the amount of power output to the load and consumer loads equals the power generated by the generator. To determine the correct ignition angle, the Adaptive Neuro Fuzzy Inference System (ANFIS) is used because it has the advantage of recognizing patterns and can predict future outputs based on training data so that frequency stability can be maintained properly. This research produces good hardware because it is able to read the frequency and adjust the angle of ignition of the triac. The frequency control method using ANFIS to adjust the ignition angle can also change properly according to frequency changes that occur due to fluctuating loads. This research is expected to provide benefits or as a reference for making ELC
