PENGARUH KUALITAS KEHIDUPAN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN MELALUI KEPUASAN KERJA PADA KARYAWAN UD. KARYA INDAH PASURUAN

The research objectives describe the quality of work life, job satisfaction and employee performance, analyze the influence of the quality of work life on employee performance, the influence of the quality of work life on job satisfaction, job satisfaction on employee performance and the quality of work life affects employee performance through job satisfaction. This type of research is explanatory research. The population in this study were all employees of UD. Karya Indah Pasuruan in the production section, as many as 40 people. Data analysis techniques that have been carried out are using scale range analysis and multiple linear regression with the F test and t test. The results of the study can be concluded that the quality of work life is good, job satisfaction is high and employee performance is high. The quality of work life has a significant effect on employee performance. The quality of work life has a significant effect on satisfaction.
