The purpose of this study is to describe job satisfaction, work environment and employee performance, to analyze the significant influence between job satisfaction and work environment on performance, variables that have a dominant influence on employee performance. This type of research in the preparation of this thesis is explanatory research. The population in this study were employees of the Regional Revenue Service of Central Lombok Regency, West Nusa Tenggara, as many as 35 employees. The data analysis technique used a scale range and multiple linear regression. The results showed that the condition of employee performance was in the high category, job satisfaction was in a good category and the work environment was in a high category...
