PENGARUH KEPUASAN KERJA DAN LINGKUNGAN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI PADA DINAS PENDAPATAN DAERAH KABUPATEN LOMBOK TENGAH NUSA TENGGARA BARAT

The purpose of this study is to describe job satisfaction, work environment and employee performance, to analyze the significant influence between job satisfaction and work environment on performance, variables that have a dominant influence on employee performance. This type of research in the preparation of this thesis is explanatory research. The population in this study were employees of the Regional Revenue Service of Central Lombok Regency, West Nusa Tenggara, as many as 35 employees. The data analysis technique used a scale range and multiple linear regression. The results showed that the condition of employee performance was in the high category, job satisfaction was in a good category and the work environment was in a high category. Job satisfaction has a significant effect on employee performance. The work environment has a significant effect on the performance of the employees of the Regional Revenue Service of Central Lombok Regency, West Nusa Tenggara. The work environment has a greater influence on the performance of the employees of the Regional Revenue Service of Central Lombok Regency, West Nusa Tenggara
