Pla de negoci d'una empresa de taxi aeri a Barcelona

This project arises from the following question: is a new, faster and more efficient, transport system in Barcelona possible? Would it really have success and people would use it? Parting from this hypothesis, we’ve studied how a business based on aerial transport through drones could work. This work is collaborative, and another colleague has made the technological study within his TFE. At first, the project consists on the developing of a market study using the methodology lean start-up, and a marketing plan in consequence. The most important thing in this process, is to put emphasis in the client, in order to be able to define an accurate target, and obtain its principal characteristics. We also developed an hypothesis about possible routes and services, parting from the capacities of our selected prototype, the EHang 216. In order to give credibility to the study, a collection of the current air regulations that affect us has also been carried out, showing the fact that they are very restrictive, preventing from any kind of activity by metropolitan areas. We’ve also studied the european directives that will be implemented the first of July in 2020, taking into account which news scenarios will be opened for us. Finally we’ve done the simulation of a viability plan, approximating the accounts at the level of initial income, operating costs, financing and with a final balance sheet of losses and gains. In order to have an increased variety of scenarios, we’ve realized three different forecasts, an optimistic one, a realistic one, and finally the pessimistic one. As we can extract from the results, we certified that such a business is viable.Aquest treball neix de la següent pregunta: és possible un nou sistema de transport per Barcelona, més ràpid i eficient? Realment tindria èxit i la gent l’utilitzaria? A partir d’aquesta disjuntiva hem estudiat com podria funcionar una empresa basada en el transport aeri de persones mitjançant drons. Aquest treball és col·laboratiu i un altre company ha realitzat l’estudi de tecnologia al seu TFE. El treball inclou, el desenvolupament d’un estudi de mercat mitjançant la metodologia lean start-up, i un pla de màrqueting en conseqüència. El més important d’aquest procés és posar èmfasi en el client per poder definir un target acurat i obtenir-ne les característiques principals. També realitzem hipòtesis sobre possibles rutes i serveis, a partir de les prestacions del model de dron escollit, l’EHang 216. Per tal de donar versemblança a l’estudi, també s’ha dut a terme un recull de la normativa aèria actual que ens afecta, la qual és molt restrictiva i impedeix dur a terme qualsevol activitat per zones metropolitanes. Així mateix hem estudiat les directives europees que s’implementaran a partir de l’1 de juliol de 2020, valorant quins nous escenaris ens proposen, i en quins hi podem tenir cabuda. Finalment hem realitzat la simulació d’un pla de viabilitat, aproximant els comptes en l’àmbit d’ingressos inicials, costos operatius, finançaments i amb un balanç final de pèrdues i guanys. Per tal de tenir controlat un ventall més ampli d’escenaris, hem realitzat tres previsions finals, una d’optimista, una de realista, i finalment una de pessimista.
