Mortality rate in methicillin-resistant staphylococcus aureus (MRSA) bacteraemia ranges from 13% to 30%. BACSARM is a randomized, multicenter clinical trial to compare treatment success efficacy of Daptomycin plus Fosfomycin versus Daptomycin alone in hospitalised adults with MRSA bacteraemia. The main analysis of the study has focused on comparing the incidence of clinical success at 7 days of randomization between the study groups. This project would focus on the competitive effect of death and therapeutic failure, represented by the withdrawal of a patient, in the comparison of time to negative hemocultive patient transition
