With this study, we want to contribute to the Swedish conceptual discussion about trust, trust, trust-based leadership and what it means to have confidence in organizations. Through this study we have studied how the word trust is defined and experienced, and whether the word trust has the same meaning. We have also studied what a trust-based leadership is, what it means and what reasons there are for working with a trust-based leadership. We have done a concept discussion and a smaller study.
