Internet of Things is one of the keyword that represents the evolution in 5G that is able to connect the so-called Connected Devices (CD) to the network. These CDs are expected to require modest data rates and will be characterized by low resources in terms of both computation and energy consumption compared to other mobile multi-media devices.
