This study aims to determine the effect of brand image, brand experience and brand trust on brand loyalty. The analysis technique used is descriptive statistical analysis. From the data collected using a questionnaire (questionnaire) with a sample size of 100 respondents. The results of this study can be seen that there is a significant and positive partial effect (T) between brand image variables, brand experience and brand trust on brand loyalty on hill customers delight café. The results of this study indicate that simultaneous (Test F) brand image, brand experience and brand trust significantly influence brand loyalty and Brand trust have a dominant influence on Brand loyalty in Bukit delight café
