The purpose of this research is to find out the procedure of secure fast credit that is applied to PT. Pegadaian (Persero) City Branch Batu. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative which tends to use analysis by utilizing the existing theoretical basis to be used as a guide so that the research conducted by the author is in accordance with the facts in the field. The result of this study indicate that the procedure implemented in providing fast loans is safe by PT. Pegadaian (Persero) city branch Batu simple enough, fast and safe for customers so that customers will have no difficulty in applying for credit within Pegadaian
