The vegetative cultivation of bamboo has problems with the availability of seeds and the growth of shoots and roots of plants. Therefore, other alternatives were sought by using the chip budding method and giving cow urine as a growth regulator because it contains auxin Indole Acetic Acid (IAA), which plays a role in accelerating the growth of shoots and roots of plants.
