Competition of manufacturing companies is increasing. The productivity of utilizing the machine is one of the targets to support the fulfillment of consumer needs and satisfaction. Applying TPM makes the company make machine maintenance activities become one of the focus as an important part of a manufacturing process. Machine maintenance is included in the production schedule to facilitate activities, even in some cases, maintenance becomes an important part of a manufacturing process. One of the TPM's pillars is developing an Autonomous Maintenance program. PT. Miwon Indonesia is a company that focuses on the Monosodium Glutamate (MSG) industry or known by the public as a flavor enhancer. PT. Miwon Indonesia, in addition to being a PMA that operates in the international scale industry, is at the same time serving as the Rotogravure Flexible Packaging printing industry, which is one of the technologies in the printing world. For the sake of smooth production, the company certainly depends on the availability of its machines, if the machine is stopped due to damage it will not result in the achievement of production targets. This study aims to provide Autonomous Maintenance proposals to improve engine performance.
