ANALISIS EKSTRAKURIKULER PRAMUKA PADA KURIKULUM 2013 SEBAGAI PENGUATAN PENDIDIKAN KARAKTER DI SD MUHAMMADIYAH 8 KH MAS MANSUR KOTA MALANG

The large number of behavioral deviations that occur in the community cause a decrease in customs and values and norms. Some cases of irregularities come from educational institutions. This encourages schools to strive to provide responsibilities in aspects of knowledge and skills through both formal and non-formal education. One such effort is the appointment of Boy Scout extracurricular members who become mandatory extracurricular activities for all elementary and secondary schools. This study aims (1) to describe how the implementation of Scout extracurricular activities in the 2013 curriculum at SD Muhammadiyah 8 KH Mas Mansur, Malang. (2) To determine the factors that influence the strengthening of character education in Boy Scouts extracurricular at Muhammadiyah 8 KH Mas Mansur Malang. (3) To identify the role of Scout extracurricular as strengthening character education. In research on Scout Extracurricular Analysis in the 2013 Curriculum as a Strengthening of Character Education in Muhammadiyah 8 Elementary School KH Mas Mansur Malang, researchers used a qualitative approach. The type of research used is descriptive analysis. Based on the analysis of research that has been done, it can be concluded that several things about Scout Extracurricular in the 2013 Curriculum as Strengthening Character Education in Muhammadiyah 8 Elementary School, Mas Mansur Malang City (1) The implementation of character education through Scout extracurricular activities includes meetings, coordination of annual programs that require in 2013 following the Scout's extracurricular activities and discussed the planning of facilities and infrastructure, curriculum and work programs. (2) Factors that influence the strengthening of character education in scout extracurricular activities are human resources in the form of coaches, facilities and infrastructure (facilities), and moral support from various parties, including schools, parents, and support from surrounding communities well as the weather.
