Arms raised into water column to feed on plankton as the current passes through the fan shape created by the feather-like arms.This appears to be a member of Charitometridae. Best guess is genus Glyptometra. There are several species known from the Indian Ocean and immediate vicinity at depths >1,000 m. However, the genus is likely oversplit, and the entire family needs revising
