This study was conducted to explore the factors affecting teachers’ turnover and the strategies which should be put in place in managing the problem of teachers’ turnover in public secondary schools in Ruangwa rural. This study had four specific objectives as well as four research questions which guided data collection and data analysis. The study employed the descriptive research design where the data was collected through primary and secondary sources. The former employed questionnaires and interview while the latter employed from documentary source such as Ruangwa establishments and records.
