The study attempts to review the influence of motivation on job performance among primary school teacher in public school targeted Kongwa district council Dodoma, Tanzania .The objective of the study is to investigate the influence of motivation on job performance among primary school teacher in public schools. The research collected primary data by using a questionnaire and observation .The data has been analyzed by using statistical package for in table which enabled the researcher to make a logical and valid conclusion.
