Since 1990’s Tanzanian government has liberalized its economy, from that it experience changes and developments in different sectors including the ICT sector. Actually, Tanzania has not left with the technological changes happening in the world although under legal regime there are no changes. The situation should not act as barrier to this branch of technological advancement.
