WOS: 000233200000004In this study, the production of exopolysaccharides (EPS) by Pseudomonas aeruginosa G I and Pseudomonas putida G 12 strains on Pseudomonas Agar P Medium with 2% glycerol was investigated. EPS yields from these strains were detected (192 mg/L, 182 mg/L, respectively). Pseudomonas Agar P Medium with 2% glycerol (w/v) was used as control. Also, EPS productions of these Pseudomonas strains have been determined in sugarbeet molasses [2-6% w/v concentrations (2-6 molasses/100 mL water)] as a complex carbon source.
