The purpose of the study is to establish the factors which determine employees' commitment in an organization. In pursuit of this objective, the methodology which was used included field surveys, face to face interviews, observations and review of relevant documents. Analysis was done using qualitative and quantitative methods. The Survey data were analyzed using SPSS [statistical packages for social sciences] and excel programs. Data were transcribed and synthesized descriptively, which involved calculation for percentages.
