The pilot scale pursuit of ovogenesis in sea bass (Dicentrarchus .labrax L.) has been realized under photoperiod control in different seasons with the consequent variations in temperature. 5 lots of spawners have been kept in 12 m3 tanks: 3 in spring ascent temperature conditions with similar results; 1 in the last phase of descent temperature in autumn, and 1 with natural photoperiod and temperature conditions. In all cases the spawn was induced with LHRHa obtaining identical quantity and quality results. From comparison of results in the 5 lots can be infer that ovogenesis development is independent of temperature range but a descent thermoperiod could promote its activation in long photoperiod conditions.Se ha realizado, a escala piloto,...
