Parkinson’s disease (PD) is the second most common neurodegenerative disease. Among the numerous signs reported by the patients and observed by the physicians, respiratory manifestations are one the least explored.Firstly, dyspnea, debilitating symptom that can impair the quality of life, seems to be frequent in PD, but its prevalence and its clinical characteristics (perceptive aspect and emotional response) need to be determined.
