The Internet of Things has many application areas and offers huge potentials for businesses, industries and users. Our study deals with the cryptographic requirements and the security issues of connected objects, which specificities are the large number of data they handle every day, and the fact they are often fielded in hostile environment, physically accessible to any type of potential attacker.Side-channel attacks and fault attacks are the two main categories of physical attacks.
