Employees are an essential factor in the course of an organization. Therefore, companies need to keep employees loyal to the company so that there is no turnover intention. The aims of this study is to analyze organizational conflict with turnover intention. In addition, this study also analyzes the effect of organizational commitment on turnover intention through work engagement. This research uses a quantitative approach.
