Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá nahrazením stříbrného materiálu, v současnosti používaného k experimentální extruzi v polotekutém stavu. Navržený materiál je ze systému Cu-Sb-Sn. Teoretická část práce se zaobírá pájením a fázovými diagramy. Experimentální část se věnuje analýze tří navržených slitin ze systému Cu-Sb-Sn, jejich strukturálním a mechanickým vlastnostem. Termické analýzy slitin byly provedeny pomocí diferenční skenovací kalorimetrie (DSC), mikrostruktura pomocí světelného mikroskopu a rastrovacího elektronového mikroskopu, ke zjištění tvrdosti byl dále využít tvrdoměr.
