Bu çalışmada, bazı Streptomyces suşlarının üretmiş olduğu sekonder metabolitlerin, domuz pankreatik lipazına karşı gösterdiği inhibitör etki incelendi. Bu amaçla Streptomyces griseus subsp. griseus DSM41107, S. toxytricini DSM40178, S. griseus subsp. griseus DSM40693, S. rimosus subsp. paramomycinus DSM41429, S. auratus DSM41897, S. fradiae DSM40063, S. antibiticus DSM40234 suşları Alman Kültür Koleksiyonu?ndan (DSMZ) temin edildi. Mikroorganizmalarının metaboliti üretmesi için optimum şartlar sağlandı.
