The move of over 300,000 microfilmed and bound books from the Ramona Wood Library into the new Houston Cole Library was to be completed by June 1972. Director of JSU\u27s School of Library Science, Dr. Alta Millican, was in charge of the move. Students helped with the move also. Shown movers work on unloading boxes from the moving truck onto a pallet in the receiving room. (circa May 27, 1972)https://digitalcommons.jsu.edu/lib-ac-histimg/43785/thumbnail.jp
