Judy Maxwell, Gem of the Hills

Selected by the Jacksonville State University publicity department, Gems of the Hills were chosen for their attractiveness, poise, and charm. Judy Maxwell was chosen as a Gem of the Hills in April 1963. A junior from Gadsden she majored in Physical Education and minored in Business and English.
