William H. Naftel, Jr.Holding Saber, 1967 ROTC Awards Ceremony

The annual ROTC Awards ceremony was held outside at Jacksonville State University on May 17, 1967. Cadet Colonel William H. Naftel, Jr. was presented an enscribed saber as the graduating Brigade Commander of the unit. His father, Lieutenant Colonel William H. Naftel and executive officer of the Jacksonville State University ROTC department, presented. William H.
