The purpose of this study is to develop a valid and reliable scale to determine the Technological Pedagogical Content Knowledge (TPCK) Self-Efficacy on material development for pre-service science teachers. In the study, survey model, which is a quantitative research method, was used. The study was conducted in the academic year of 2015-2016 and 659 pre-service science teachers attending third and fourth classes of colleges in 12 different universities Turkey participated. Literature was reviewed for the purpose of determining the items of scale to be used in research.
