Objectives: We aimed to investigate the distribution of immunoreactivities of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF), endothelial nitric oxide synthase (eNOS), and inducible NOS (iNOS) on breast cancer cells in response to treatment with boron derivatives. Methods: We initially analyzed the cytotoxic effect and IC50 value of boron by MTT assay. For the evaluation of the angiogenesis, expression level of antibodies was detected to following boron derivatives such as boric acid, boron penta (BP), and T-Boron (DPD) in the absence of boron treatment using the indirect immunohistochemical method.
