Recit and aria [version for soprano and chamber orchestra]

For soprano and chamber orchestra, with a text taken from the 'Satyagraha' by the Reverend Michael Scott, duration 11 minutes. This work was premiered on 31 January 1995 by Barbara Hannigan (soprano) and the Continuum Ensemble conducted by Philip Headlam.
