China and India have taken multifaceted measures to engage Africa since the end of the Cold War, especially in the twenty-first century, including political, economic, military, and cultural measures, as well as China’s Belt and Road Initiative (BRI) and India’s Asia-Africa Growth Corridor (AAGC).
