Introduction: Food allergies to mango and lychee are poorly described, with respectively 12 and 8 case reports in Pubmed. A "pollen-food" syndrome seems to be responsible for these allergies. Few data are available on the type of reaction, the predisposing conditions and the identification of foods at risk of cross-reactivity in the case of food allergy to these fruits.
