Optical diffraction tomography is an imaging technique in which a target issuccessively illuminated by a laser beam under different angles of incidence withan interferometric setup which enables to record both the phase and the intensityof the field in the image space of a microscope. The permittivity of the target isthen numerically estimated from the complex field dataset thanks to an inversionprocedure.In this typescript, we first study the effect of multiple scattering inside the targeton the obtained reconstructions by studying different approximations (Born) to speedup the computation.The recording of the phase in the optical domain is tricky, for it requires aninterferometric setup.
