Proposed improvement of the maturity level management of projects, from the Colsubsidio family compensation box from the Delpmbok® perspective 6th edition

El presente estudio de investigación descriptiva, cuantitativa y no experimental tiene como objeto realizar la medición de madurez en Gerencia de Proyectos para la Gerencia de Tecnología de la Caja de Compensación Familiar Colsubsidio, a través del modelo de madurez organizacional OPM3®. Asimismo, se propondrán unas recomendaciones y estrategias de mejora a la Gerencia TI, con el fin de mejorar la gestión de proyectos dentro de la organización y así mismo aumentar su nivel de maduración en Gerencia de Proyectos.The purpose of this descriptive, quantitative and not experimental research study is to measure maturity in Project Management for the TI Department of the Colsubsidio family compensation fund, through the organizational maturity model OPM3®.
