Abstract Turner’s Syndrome (TS) is a genetic disorder associated with abnormalities of the X chromosome. TS, is usually related with reduced adult height, gonad dysgenesis and thus insufficient circulation levels of female sex steroids leading to premature ovarian failure and infertility. Often show high levels of cholesterol and increased triglycerides, determined by obesity and hyperinsulinemia. In the women with Turner’s Syndrome is impaired glucose tolerance (10- 34%).
