Purpose: Pituitary macroadenoma consistency can influence the ease of lesion removal during surgery, especially when using a transsphenoidal approach. Unfortunately, it is not assessable on standard qualitative MRI. Radiomic texture analysis could help in extracting mineable quantitative tissue characteristics.
