This tug was built and owned by the Great Lakes Towing Company of Cleveland, Ohio. From about 1950 until 1965 she lay at the Jefferson Street yard at Cleveland, Ohio. She was purchased and scrapped by the Acme Scrap Iron and Metal Company of Ashtabula, Ohio in 1965
