Copies of photographs of Mark Stump rehearsing 'Jane' with the University Dramatic Society in 1921, and copies of newspaper reports and cast list, donated (May 1985) by his daughter Judith Stump. Mark Stump was a student at the University of Tasmania 1920-1924. He married a fellow student, Elizabeth Hales. His daughter states that proceeds of the play went towards the cost of two lawn tennis courts, as noted in the Chancellor's graduation address of 1923. Terence Crisp, who also appears in the photographs, was the driving force behind the Dramatic Club.
