ANALISIS KESULITAN GURU DALAM PROSES PEMBELAJARAN MATEMATIKA DI MADRASAH IBTIDAIYAH KOTA MOJOSARI

This study aimed to analyze the difficulties in the learning process of mathematics teacher at Elementary School in Mojosari town. This research is a qualitative research method used is descriptive method, which is a method used to analyze the data or information obtained from research results to then be interpreted with reality. In this study, which will be analyzed is the difficulty in learning math teacher at Elementary School in Mojosari town. In the event that there is an issue relating to the planning and implementation of the learning process as well. Which also includes the difficulties in communicating with students. Based on these results, analysis of data has been obtained about the difficulties teachers in planning learning mathematics is the difficulty in determining instructional media, the difficulty in designing classrooms and the difficulty in determining the additional modules ( third most of the difficulties experienced by many teachers ). While in implementing learning difficulties often experienced teacher is difficult to practice methods of teaching , motivating students to be active and also the difficulty in overcoming the ability of different students. In the implementation of the learning process there is also an activity of communication between teachers and students. The results obtained data concerning the difficulties in communicating with students is to foster a positive attitude toward math students. Data from these results we can conclude that , in the learning process of mathematics teachers often have difficulty either in planning or execution of the lesson
