Low, mid and high daily climate scenarios (2000–2070), as per the International Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) were generated using the Australian Commonwealth Scientific and Industrial Research Organisation's (CSIRO's) global atmosphere models. These scenarios based on IPCC's 21st century emission scenarios that combine a variety of assumptions about demographic, economic and technological driving forces likely to influence such emissions in the future, were used as input to a crop model to predict the impact of climate change on wheat yield at a location in south-eastern Australia.
