[[abstract]]燃燒界限為評估可燃性氣體和蒸氣火災爆炸危險最重要的指標之一。本研究根據能量均衡方程式考慮到輻射熱損失和恆定的火焰溫度之理論基礎,來預測含有碳、氫、氧原子的可燃性物質,於不同起始溫度下之燃燒範圍。 本研究中使用特製5公升爆炸玻璃球,此儀器主要參考美國材料測試協會(American society for testing and materials ASTM) E681所設定之規範進行測試。並以工業上常見之氫氣、甲烷、丙烯及丁烯等物質將初始溫度升至50 ℃、100 ℃、150 ℃來驗證本研究所提出的預測模式。 研究指出僅需一個可燃性物質的濃度點,即可準確預測出溫度效應對燃燒範圍的變化。結果顯示,本模式能有效地預測溫度效應對燃燒界限的影響性。除了學術上的價值之外,結果能被應用在實際製程的本質安全設計中,和降低製程可燃性物質在正常操作、儲存和運輸上的火災爆炸風險。[[abstract]]Flammability limits were one of the most important indicators to assess the flammable gases and vapors fire and explosion hazard This study proposed a model to estimate the temperature effect on flammability limits for organic compounds made up of carbon hydrogen and oxygen The energy balance and constant adiabatic flame temperature we...
