[[abstract]]肘節式鎖模機構提供優越的運動特性及機械利益用以提供開關模之控制而廣泛的使用於射出成形機之鎖模單元。本研究以推導五點肘節鎖模機構運動方程式探討關鍵設計參數對鎖模油缸行程、初始關模速度、放大力比與動模板速度曲線等性能的影響。此外利用基因演算法以五個關鍵參數求出最佳解,結果比較發現最佳化設計相較原始設計有更好的機構特性。[[abstract]]With great efficiency and performance, the togglemechanism is widely used in the clamping unit of injection-molding machines. This paper explores theperformance of machinery including the stroke of the hydraulic cylinder, initial speed of mold-closing, ratioof force amplification, and speed profile of moving platen on the performance of a five-point double-toggle clamping mechanism while drawing on a developed motion formulation.
