Modern library is a cultural phenomenon with redesigned services and workflow processes, orientated to answer the increasing end users' needs. Library staff is challenged to double the efforts and improve quality of qualification to stimulate the usage of library and information services. Many factors helped the library to transform from a place, where one is borrowing books to an access point for disseminating and retrieving information
