Aplicaciones informáticas de software libre en archivos: una visión integradora

World of archives has quickly changed the type of users who attends and also how the information they are faced. That occur with the advent of participatory mentality of Web 2.0, the development of ICT, e-government and access laws to public information. Archives must solve how to get its records available on the web, or in the private institutions and how to enable search capabilitieso over information and also increasing interaction from users. A software solution for archives defined as an application or set of applications and with integrated operation arises: • Records of ISAD (G), ISAAR (CPF), ISDIAH, ISDF • Standardized and integrated Access Points into to other facets of information • Digital documents and digital preservation • Ingest from other applications such as electronic file or document management • Ingest from legacy systems as winisis or spreadsheets What is discussed is how to address these requirements through a range of software applications and how they can work integrated: • ICAATOM, tematres, ARCHIVEMATICA, ALFRESCO The application of computer and archival standards, and interoperability aspects of information, items that are substantive in a networked information society, is analyzed.
