I was asked to speak about the present situation in Elementary Particle Physics, but I decided instead to speak about the problems we do not under stand, on the ground that I already gave my impressions on the understanding we have achieved at the Berkeley Conference last September. The situation is changed since last fall, but on most of the changes I am not very well educated, and many of them I heard of here, from Coleman, Glashow, Cabibbo and others
