Occurrence of Callianassa (Callichirus) audax de Man (Crustacea Decapoda—Callianassidae) on the southwest coast of India with a description of the male

The paper records the occurrence of Callianassa (Callichirus) audax de Man in Indian waters for the first time. Five specimens, four females and one male, were collected from Cannanore on the Malabar coast, at a depth of 2-3 meters.
