STATEMENT OF THE PROBLEM: Effectiveness of music therapy in terms of reducing anxiety among hospitalized children (6-12 yrs) in pediatric medical ward at Government Rajaji hospital, Madurai. OBJECTIVES: To evaluate the effectiveness of music therapy in terms of reducing anxiety among hospitalized children (6-12Yrs). HYPOTHESES: H1: There is a significant difference in the level of anxiety before and after music therapy among hospitalized children. H2: There is a significant association in the level of anxiety and selected variables among hospitalized children.
