There has been a great increase in number of studies on job satisfaction in recents years. In addition, more attention has been given to the term positivity in organizational studies. The main goal of the current study was to examine if factors of positive psychology such as praise, attitude towards the workplace, work spirit, trust in supervisor, diversity in daily tasks, stress, and workload had an impact on job satisfaction.
