Abstract:Basic services When Cape Town was hit by drought in 2017, Johannesburg dam levels were also been affirmed as low; affecting some parts of Johannesburg areas. Through various projects, Johannesburg city contributed water to the residents of Cape Town at the time of famine. Nonetheless, South Africa being one of the water strained countries; is worsened by the growing inequality among the poor and the rich with the former having the feeling that the later are treated better.
